Bueche Girod Vintage 18k Bracelet & Dial! Frederic Piguet Ultra Thin 1.75mm Movement! AUCTION!

Vintage Bueche Girod 18k White Gold with 18k White Gold case, bracelet & dial! Extremely high grade wind mechanical movement was used by many other top Swiss watch producers... very rare too! Size is 37.5 mm x 34 mm x 4.7 mm with Ultra Thin 1.75 mm movement! Three ounces 18k White gold... Bracelet is 25 mm at case & full size at just under 8 inches with small adjustments in foldover clasp.

The movement is only 1.75 mm thick & a rare Ultra Thin movement that was utilized in several high-grade major Swiss brands from Patek Philippe, Fredrick Piguet (maker), Cartier, Movado, Bueche Girod to Audemars... parts do exchange. Here's a descriptive statement from internet searches... High Grade Ultra thin movement PIGUET-A.X.L. 17J 5adj BUECHE-GIROD Swiss Movementt. Here's another... The base movement was actually produced by Fredrick Piguet & was a highest grade ultra thin wind mechanical... so most of the manufacturers needing a high grade & ultra thin winder bought for their base movements. Search for...

Many of the major top Swiss brands used this movement... the quality of watch craftsmanship is evident even in the outstanding gold work for the case, bezel & bracelet too... this is a superb vintage wristwatch treasure from a supreme jewelry watchmaker designer!

Vital Bueche founded the Bueche Girod brand in 1947. He combined his own last name with his wife's, Girod. His Company was famous for producing extravagant, solid gold watches and watches with precious stones! They always used the very finest Swiss made movements. The Bueche Girod brand became well know worldwide plus very popular in USA by the end of the 1970's in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami Beach. As a jeweler his extravagant solid gold, ultra slim Swiss made watches allowed them to be a famous watchmaker to the 'Rich & Famous'! Sinatra performed at the Sands & Caesars Palace wearing a Bueche Girod like this.

Notice too the extravagant jeweler workmanship of this wristwatch in the case, bezel & bracelet... it has incredible design even in the flexible weave which doesn't crimp & bend or look damaged after wearing as sometimes other bracelets do!
